Chief Preconstruction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Director to lead our pre-construction team and contribute to the success of our projects.

• Lead a high-performing preconstruction team to deliver exceptional results.
• Develop and implement industry-leading standards, processes, and practices for preconstruction services.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and create tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
• Conduct thorough quality assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential challenges and ensure project success.
• Advocate for sustainable and environmentally responsible practices throughout the preconstruction phase.
• Identify and assess relevant risks associated with preconstruction activities to inform strategic decision-making.
• Contribute to value engineering and alternatives in proposals to enhance client value.
• Ensure seamless execution of preconstruction practices and services across all teams on assigned projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pre-construction management, preferably with a Tier One Building & Civil Engineering Main Contractor. A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.

This senior leadership role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to develop lasting relationships and influence key project stakeholders.
