At Openchip, we are seeking a skilled Program Manager to oversee the planning, execution, control, and delivery of our infrastructure software programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, an understanding of semiconductor and software technologies, and experience driving the execution of full-stack software integration programs.

We need someone motivated to solve problems, lead from the front, collaborate deeply with stakeholders, and communicate transparently on behalf of the team.

You will help us build software infrastructure platforms that utilize the full potential of our unique hardware, serving as the heart of data centers, on-prem infrastructures, and edge. Our aim is to create platforms that are open, future-proof, and capable of supporting a wide variety of workloads.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading programs integrating proprietary and open-source infrastructure software components supporting AI, HPC, and edge applications.
  • Managing cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on program objectives, roles & responsibilities, deliverables, timelines.
  • Developing program plans, milestones, and resource allocations to ensure successful program execution within budget.
  • Collaborating with product management, engineering, architecture, and marketing teams to define program requirements and deliverables.
  • Monitoring program progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Communicating project status and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Fostering a collaborative team environment and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a strong Program Manager in software infrastructure products, systems, or a related complex technical field.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of software integration and the software product lifecycle, processes, and technologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, including team leading and mentorship.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Data-driven and action-oriented.
