Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to oversee the planning, execution, control, and delivery of our software programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, an understanding of software technologies, and experience in driving the execution of full-stack software integration programs.

You will help us build software infrastructure platforms that utilize the full potential of our hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead programs that integrate proprietary and open-source software components supporting AI, HPC, and edge applications.
  • Manage programs from initiation through to support in the market.
  • Bring cross-functional teams together, ensuring alignment on program objectives, roles & responsibilities, deliverables, timelines.
  • Be the team's driving force.
  • Develop program plans, milestones, and resource allocations to ensure successful program execution.
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, architecture, and marketing teams to define program requirements and deliverables.
  • Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a strong Program Manager in software infrastructure products, systems, or a related complex technical field.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of software integration and the software product lifecycle, processes, and technologies.
  • Cloud/AI/HPC knowledge and familiarity with common software components used in these deployments is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to deal with issues head-on and continuously improve.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Data-driven and action-oriented.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization.
