Job Title: Construction Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years experience in a similar role and demonstrate strong leadership and project management skills. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring daily operations run efficiently and safely.
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting quality expectations, and staying within budget.
  • Implement and oversee Health & Safety protocols and Quality Management Systems.
  • Drive continual process improvement while ensuring safety and compliance standards are met.
  • Lead and participate in site meetings to ensure clear and consistent communication among stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction operations, ideally with a main contractor.
  • Qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related trade background.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects from start to finish.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to oversee subcontractors.
  • Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and organisational abilities.
