Our client, an established and forward-thinking construction firm is seeking an experienced Site Manager for an upcoming project based in Clonmel.

Responsibilities: Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring daily operations run efficiently and safely Maintain up-to-date site diaries and align workforce levels with project programme targets Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and meets quality expectations Implement and oversee Health & Safety protocols and Quality Management Systems Drive continual process improvement while ensuring safety and compliance standards are met Coordinate material requisitions and manage timely, specification-compliant deliveries Lead and participate in site meetings to ensure clear and consistent communication among stakeholders Requirements: 5+ years of experience in site management, ideally with a main contractor Qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related trade background Proven track record of delivering projects from start to finish Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to oversee subcontractors Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently Excellent communication, decision-making, and organisational abilities In-depth understanding of construction practices and industry regulations Benefits Include: Competitive salary Company vehicle or travel expense reimbursement (as applicable) Laptop and mobile phone provided Ongoing support for professional development, including training and further education Structured performance reviews aligned with career progression Participation in lifestyle benefit programmes (e.g., Bike to Work Scheme) Skills: Site Management Construction Engineering
