Senior Site Engineer Job Overview

This challenging role involves leading engineering operations on-site, ensuring that works comply with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily site operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
  • Evaluate and verify site operations against project requirements.
  • Coordinate sub-contractors and site teams to facilitate smooth project delivery.
  • Oversight of quality assurance, including maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Liaise with design teams, project managers, and clients to address queries and concerns.
  • Support junior engineers in their development and growth within the organization.
  • Report directly to the Project Manager.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in civil engineering in Ireland.
  • Strong setting out and surveying skills, with proficiency in Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
