Job Title: Senior Culinary Leader

Job Description:
This is a unique opportunity for an accomplished culinary professional to take on a senior leadership role within our esteemed kitchen team. As Senior Culinary Leader, you will play a pivotal part in upholding the high standards of our culinary offerings while driving innovation and excellence across all services.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to drive kitchen performance, communication, and quality standards
- Assume leadership in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experience
- Contribute to menu planning, recipe development, and creation of seasonal dishes that showcase local ingredients and culinary expertise
- Monitor kitchen costs, including food margins, purchasing, and labour management, to optimize efficiency and profitability
- Mentor junior members of the team, fostering a collaborative culture and promoting career growth and development
- Maintain top-level food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards across all sections

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a 4 or 5-star property or equivalent establishment
- Passion for seasonal, local ingredients and strong culinary ethos
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to support and coach junior chefs, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence
- Calm, professional approach with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Fluent English language proficiency
