Safety Manager Construction & Engineering Industry - Tipperary We are working on behalf of a growing engineering firm to recruit an experienced EHS Lead who will play a key role in shaping and delivering a best-in-class safety culture across the business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company with strong growth plans and a strong emphasis on quality, compliance, and people. This position involves one to two days a week in the head office and the other days roaming to sites nationwide. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Lead all EHS activities across head office and project sites Manage and maintain the companys Integrated Management System (IMS) Ensure full compliance with EHS legislation and ISO standards Identify and manage High-Risk Activities (HRAs) across multiple locations Develop and deliver RAMS, SOPs, toolbox talks and safety alerts Conduct incident investigations and manage corrective actions Mentor junior team members and promote a proactive safety culture Maintain documentation and reporting through SharePoint TO BE CONSIDERED Degree/Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (e.g., NEBOSH or equivalent) 35 years of relevant experience in construction, engineering or industrial EHS roles Strong communication skills and ability to engage with all stakeholders Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with SharePoint Willingness to travel to project sites as required People-first mindset and coaching approach to team management BENEFITS & NEXT STEPS Attractive salary plus company van Permanent Opportunity Friendly down to earth team Available now To apply to this role send an updated resume to Sponsorship is not available only applicants with full working rights and local experience will be considered.
