Job Description

The organization is seeking a skilled Building Services Manager to join their team. As a Building Services Manager, you will oversee projects from a Building Services perspective, ensuring they are completed on time and in compliance with regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance and operation of all building services including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other critical systems.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the proper functioning and longevity of building services equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections and assessments of building services to identify and address any issues or potential problems.
  • Manage and oversee a team of maintenance staff, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to carry out their duties effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards pertaining to building services and facilities maintenance.
  • Collaborate with other departmental managers to coordinate maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in building services management, preferably in a regulated environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other building services.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and standards related to building services and facilities maintenance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
