Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Red Chair Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to train others, with proficiency in CRM/ERP/WMS software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with WMS or SAP B1 is an advantage.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary in the region of €40,000 - €45,000, plus a yearly bonus, pension, and enhanced holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with company policies.
  • Supervise, train, and support warehouse staff, fostering a productive work environment.
  • Manage inventory control, stock levels, and accurate record-keeping to minimize discrepancies.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and order fulfillment.
  • Implement and maintain health and safety standards, conducting regular inspections.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams for smooth operations.
  • Analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and optimize workflow.
  • Handle staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
