Job Title: SAP Data Migration Specialist

The ideal candidate will lead data migration efforts for our SAP S4/HANA implementation. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to SAP S4/HANA through effective planning, transformation, and validation of complex data sets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the end-to-end data migration strategy for SAP S4/HANA projects.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using tools like SAP BODS, LSMW, or SAP Data Services.
  • Collaborate with business and functional teams to define mapping rules and ensure accurate data conversions.
  • Conduct data cleansing, enrichment, validation, and reconciliation activities to meet project quality standards.
  • Support data cutover planning, mock migrations, and post-go-live issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP data migration, with at least one full-cycle SAP S4/HANA migration project.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S4/HANA data models and master/transactional data objects.
  • Proficiency in SAP migration tools such as BODS, LSMW, LTMC, or third-party ETL solutions.
  • Experience with data quality assurance, reconciliation, and audit processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional project teams.
