SAP Data Migration Specialist

Our business seeks a seasoned SAP data migration expert to lead our dynamic SAP delivery team in ensuring seamless, precise, and efficient data migration into SAP systems across complex projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end SAP data migration processes across multiple business workstreams.
  • Design and implement data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) processes using SAP tools such as LSMW, BODS, LTMC, or SAP Data Services.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define mapping rules and data validation criteria.
  • Perform data cleansing, quality checks, and reconciliation before and after migration.
  • Create comprehensive documentation including data migration plans, test scripts, and defect logs.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP data migration projects, preferably involving S/4HANA. Strong knowledge of ETL tools and data structures within SAP modules, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are required.
