Job Overview
A renowned Data Center Design Engineering Manager is sought after to spearhead transformative mechanical design solutions across the Asia-Pacific region. This exceptional individual will drive next-generation data center technologies, shaping critical infrastructure that powers global cloud computing.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing mechanical design engineering team across the Asia-Pacific region
- Drive the team's global design consistency and standardization of mechanical systems across multiple geographical regions
- Manage and approve mechanical equipment innovations and design submissions
- Establish robust processes for internal design development and third-party vendor management
- Oversee procurement and technical specifications for mechanical Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment
- Manage team reporting, hiring, growth opportunities, annual goal reporting, KPIs and performance reviews
