Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced data analyst to support our business operations. Key areas include finance, human resources, payroll, and IT service management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain visual dashboards for internal departments using Power BI.
  • Integrate data from various sources to meet reporting needs.
  • Manage the report lifecycle: development, refresh monitoring, error resolution, and access control.
  • Write DAX measures and Power Query (M) code to support reporting requirements.
  • Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) to protect sensitive data.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide second-line support for Power BI issues escalated by junior staff members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI.
  • Strong technical skills in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
  • Experience integrating data from ERP and HR/Payroll systems.
  • A good understanding of finance and HR/payroll data structures.
  • Experience applying RLS in multi-departmental environments.
  • PREFERRED: Experience with NetSuite, SAP HR/Payroll, Topdesk; PL-300 certification; familiarity with Power Platform tools.
