Senior Financial Auditor

The role of Audit Manager encompasses the supervision of a team of auditors and oversight of financial reporting, statutory filing, and compliance assurance engagements for clients. This involves managing multiple concurrent engagements with professional staff and ensuring the preparation and completion of reports, accounts, and financial statements.
This position requires experience in leading audit teams and mentoring junior staff members. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and guide team members, and a thorough understanding of auditing principles and regulations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of auditors in conducting financial audits and providing high-quality service to clients.
- Oversee the preparation and completion of reports, accounts, and financial statements in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Ensure that all assignments are completed within budget, time, and resource requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior staff members in their professional development.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified ICAI, ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
- Currently at or recently at Audit Senior Manager level in an accountancy firm.
