Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented individual to join our Content team on a full-time basis. As part of the team, you will primarily be responsible for executing the content strategy, writing engaging text for our websites and producing customer-specific catalogues and marketing materials.
- You will manage and maintain company websites and customer portals by updating them with new products and removing discontinued items, ensuring product specifications, images, etc. are accurate and of high quality.
- You will write clear, concise, and compelling text that accurately describes products and services to generate sales while complying with our house style guide.
- You will actively contribute to the department's content calendar by researching industry-related topics and advising on events/topics for inclusion.
- You will create compelling and informative blog posts and articles.
- You will produce any customer-specific texts and catalogues and any marketing materials as required, within strict timeframes and deadlines.
- You will collaborate with designers on the production of website and social media banners, images, and marketing materials.
- You will proofread and review content produced, advising on any edits to be made.
- You will support and ensure compliance with content guidelines, tone, style, and voice.
