Senior Tax Specialist

Our Dublin office is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Specialist to provide expert advice on expatriate tax planning and ensure assignees are tax compliant in various host jurisdictions.

The Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on international assignment implications, ensuring optimal tax compliance.
  • Liaise with global tax partners to guarantee assignees meet tax requirements worldwide.
  • Collaborate with management to prepare detailed technical advice on tax issues, including research and analysis.
  • Offer expert guidance to companies on withholding obligations for cross-border employees.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to various departments, covering taxation topics.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in expatriate tax, servicing a diverse international client base.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, including report writing and presentation expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of employment tax and other relevant taxes.
