Treasury Associate Manager Position Overview

This role plays a pivotal part within the Treasury Liquidity and Exposure Management team, focused on providing critical support for Treasury matters involving liquidity and funding initiatives, currency risk management strategies, and controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead analysis of funding structures to recommend changes and maintain efficient funding operations.
  • Support loan portfolio administration, including interest rate settings, interest settlements, and review of existing loans.
  • Perform cash generation and funding analysis to support allocation of excess cash, including investment strategy and tax liability funding.
  • Lead currency exposure matters, including analysis of monthly results, exchange rate variance analysis, and projects and cashflow hedging program exposure reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field.
  • MBA and/or CFA preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of finance-related experience, including treasury, banking, or international treasury.
  • Strong analytical skills, understanding of foreign exchange accounting, and hedge designation requirements.
