We are looking for a motivated and organized individual who can manage a busy workload and prioritize tasks effectively. The successful candidate will have excellent phone manner and attention to detail, with the ability to work unsupervised.

Job Description:
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax.
  • Comply with agreed working practices and recognize adverse events and defective product reports.
  • Translate English documents into the target language and deliver translated responses on the phone or in writing.
  • Use existing standard responses to prepare medical information correspondence or liaise with the Medical Information Support Services department to request the generation of medical information correspondence.
  • Log all enquiries accurately and comprehensively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Completed pharmacy or life science degree.
  • Mother tongue/C1 level in target language and fluency in English.
  • Strong translation skills.
  • Excellent phone manner.
