Job Summary

This is a senior-level position responsible for leading the finance aspects of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance and ERP implementations, with a strong understanding of core finance processes and systems.

They will be responsible for ensuring that the ERP system aligns with business goals and financial compliance standards.

This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The selected candidate will be expected to develop training materials and lead user training sessions for finance teams.

Additionally, they will need to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver ERP milestones on time and within scope.

Proven experience in project management, financial reporting, and data analysis is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end finance aspects of the ERP implementation process.
  • Develop and implement finance solutions that support financial reporting, costing, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver ERP milestones.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on finance processes and controls.
  • Develop training materials and lead user training sessions.
Requirements
  • Over five years of finance experience in a senior role.
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience leading or playing a key role in at least one full-cycle ERP rollout.
  • Experience in manufacturing costing models.
  • Strong understanding of core finance processes including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, treasury/cash management, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent task management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
