The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing the Irish Colleague Wellness / Occupational Health teams, delivering innovative business-relevant colleague wellness health support and occupational health solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Irish Colleague Wellness / Occupational Health teams to deliver business-relevant colleague wellness health support and occupational health solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve colleague wellness and occupational health within the organisation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address colleague wellness and occupational health needs.
