Job Title: Colleague Wellness Strategic Leader

The primary role of this position is to oversee and develop the Irish Colleague Wellness / Occupational Health teams, promoting good health and preventing occupational ill health among colleagues.

  • Leadership Development: Develop and implement strategic plans and programs in Ireland to promote employee well-being, support disability management, and prevent occupational health issues.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Provide expert advice on Colleague Wellness / occupational health matters to senior leaders, stakeholders, and internal groups, recognized as a subject matter expert.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that Ireland's occupational health regulatory requirements are met, aligning with global policies and audit needs.
  • Team Management: Lead the Colleague Wellness service provision team in Ireland, focusing on cost-effectiveness and providing high-quality services that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement innovative occupational health policy and plans in Ireland.

- Provide subject matter expertise on CW / occupational health to Senior Leaders and stakeholders.

- Meet occupational health regulatory requirements in Ireland.

- Directly lead the Colleague Wellness service provision team in Ireland.

Requirements:

- Strong leadership skills with experience in leading teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and programs.

- Knowledge of occupational health regulations and compliance.
