Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement our 2030 business, recruitment, and sales strategy to adapt to evolving market conditions.
  • Lead and inspire high-performing teams across Recruitment, Client Services, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Enhance operational capability to support national and international expansion.
  • Promote innovation in recruitment technologies, methodologies, and client solutions.
  • Represent us with key stakeholders, including government bodies, enterprise agencies, and strategic partners.
  • Foster a values-led, high-performance culture based on Excellence, Integrity, Growth, Collaboration, and Care.

About You:

  • You have at least 5 years of senior leadership experience within a Multi-Location, Multi-Sector Recruitment Organisation.
  • International recruitment experience is advantageous.
  • You have proven success in scaling recruitment operations and driving strategic growth, ideally in a €20 M+ turnover business.
  • A Master's degree in Business, HR, or a related field is desirable.
  • Deep expertise in recruitment models (permanent, temporary, MSS, RPO etc.) and international exposure is highly desirable.
  • You possess exceptional leadership, commercial acumen, and communication skills with a data-informed, client-centric mindset.
