Director of Human Resources and Development

We are seeking an experienced leader to develop and deliver effective people-focused strategies aligned to our mission, values, and strategic goals.

This senior leadership position is responsible for building a high-performing workplace culture. The Director will lead on workforce planning, organisational development, change management, and learning and development frameworks to ensure we are equipped to meet current and future challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic insight and leadership across all HR and Learning & Development activities.
  • Partner with executive leaders to shape organisational strategy, change management, and people development initiatives.
  • Lead the design and execution of our HRD strategy aligned to our People Strategy and Strategic Plan.
  • Oversee operational HRD functions including recruitment, employee relations, organisational development, and performance management.
  • Drive a culture of high performance, staff wellbeing, continuous learning, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
