Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our Global Programs team as a Senior Program Manager.

  • This role offers an exciting opportunity to partner with senior leaders across operations, sales, finance, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining operating priorities, driving organizational efficiencies, and delivering strategic initiatives to support business growth.

As a key member of the team, you will steer development and execution of strategic priorities, drive operational rhythm and effectiveness, and project manage initiatives to support business objectives.

You will also develop and manage new processes to drive cross-functional focus and prioritization, and act as a dot connector between macro and micro-level activities.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide day-to-day thought partnership to senior leaders across the organization.
  2. Develop and execute strategic plans to support business growth.
  3. Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness through process improvements and project management.
  4. Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  5. Coach and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
