Are you a strategic operations professional seeking a challenging role that drives business growth? We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Business Partner to support our sales division in achieving their goals.

About the Role
  • This is a unique opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and experience in sales operations to drive transformative learning experiences for our customers.
  • As a Sales Operations Business Partner, you will work closely with our sales leaders to develop, implement, and optimize customer strategies that drive new business growth.
  • You will conduct research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and potential target segments for new business growth.
  • Additionally, you will assist in the development of account and territory plans and sales quotas (including adds, moves, and changes).
  • You will also manage process workflows within our systems for Compensation-related inquiries and provide status updates to Senior-level Executives.

Maintaining accurate account and territory details, ensuring that our sales team is leveraging corporate tools and working within stated policies and workflows is crucial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer strategies that drive new business growth.
  • Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and potential target segments for new business growth.
  • Assist in the development of account and territory plans and sales quotas.
  • Manage process workflows within our systems for Compensation-related inquiries.
  • Provide status updates to Senior-level Executives.

We are looking for an exceptional individual who possesses strong analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a proven track record in sales operations.

Requirements
  • 8 years of experience in sales operations, finance operations, or related fields.
  • Advanced analytic skills with demonstrated ability to build budget and planning models in Excel as well as ability to consolidate and leverage data gathered from various systems.
  • Demonstrate ability to draw conclusions and make educated recommendations based on analytical work and data.
  • Knowledge of sales methodology and process including how to leverage best practice forecast and pipeline cadences, sales stages, and performance KPIs.
  • Knowledge and ability to utilize Salesforce.com to drive and inspect sales processes.
