About the Role:

We are seeking a Governance Risk Framework Specialist to join our Compliance Enablement and Reporting Team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver the Governance agenda, coordinating key Compliance documentation, and facilitating regulatory liaison. Your primary focus will be on ensuring adherence with regulatory obligations and identifying areas for continuous improvement.

This role requires strong technical knowledge of regulation, regulatory strategy, Central Bank of Ireland rules, and European Regulator guidance procedures. You will have a detailed understanding of current and upcoming regulations and provide accurate advice, review, and challenge to the business.

As a Governance Risk Framework Specialist, you will also be required to build and maintain key relationships across the wider Compliance department and with senior stakeholders across the Bank. You will need to communicate complex regulatory themes to business units, policy development, and internal governance, and proactively engage with business units to resolve complex issues.
