Event Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Event Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for planning and executing unforgettable weddings and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage wedding enquiries from initial contact to completion by ensuring seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Follow up on business leads and opportunities in a timely manner to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and event details using industry-standard tools and software.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to couples and their guests by exceeding expectations and delivering memorable experiences.
Requirements:
  • Availability to work weekends (rotated) as required to meet the demands of the role.
  • Flexibility with hours to accommodate client needs and time zones.
  • A positive and friendly attitude to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
