A key member of our hospitality team, the Food and Beverage Assistant plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services. Key responsibilities include accurately recording, pre-checking, and collecting all food and beverage orders, as well as serving guests their food and beverages promptly and courteously.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Accurately record, pre-check, and pick up all food and beverage orders
  • Serve guests their food and beverage promptly and courteously
  • Set tables as needed prior to guest arrival
  • Maintain a clean and organized working area and station
  • Ensure the smooth running of the assigned station at all times
