Lead a Sales Team

As a Retail Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a sales team in Limerick. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail and strong product knowledge.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive a safety-first culture on site by setting an example and promoting best practices.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by being approachable, knowledgeable, and helpful.
  • Optimise sales performance by analysing data and implementing strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Develop and motivate your sales team by providing coaching, feedback, and opportunities for growth.
  • E nsure compliance with company policies, legislation, and audit standards by staying up-to-date and adhering to guidelines.
  • Support business administration tasks, including managing cash, stock, and systems, to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in retail with strong product knowledge and understanding of consumer behaviour.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • The ability to demonstrate initiative and a solutions-oriented approach to drive results and improve processes.
  • Self-motivation and flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Proficient IT skills, including MS Office, POS systems, email, and other relevant tools.
