Water Systems Supervisor

Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of the Plumbing department, including buying, stock levels and margins.
  • Achieve sales and margin targets by overseeing daily operations and implementing effective strategies.
  • Health & Safety Awareness - ensure that Company Health & Safety Regulations are strictly adhered to at all times.
  • Promote Plumbing department development through training and upskilling employees.
  • Foster strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and ensuring prompt issue resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by efficiently handling customer queries and concerns.
  • Responsible for the management and maintenance of equipment, as well as regular stock checks to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Take an active role in the development and implementation of strategic plans, working closely with Senior Management to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
