Job Title: Plumbing Manager

Job Summary:

As a key member of our organization, the Plumbing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales and developing new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Plumbing operation, including inventory levels, profit margins, and employee training. They will also be expected to maintain high customer service standards, build relationships with clients, and ensure compliance with industry health and safety regulations.

  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial and strategic thinking skills are essential for this role.
  • Sales Performance: The ability to reach and exceed sales targets is crucial for success in this position.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Experience in health and safety compliance is necessary for ensuring a safe working environment.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working within the Plumbing Industry, excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills, and the ability to think strategically. They will also be target-driven, flexible, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all aspects of the Plumbing department
  2. Achieve sales and margin targets
  3. Maintain a high customer service standard
  4. Ensure employees are appropriately trained
  5. Responsible for equipment and stock checks
  6. Take responsibility for strategic and business plan implementation
