Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled ETL Tester to ensure data integrity and quality by testing and validating transformation logic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement test automation frameworks using object-oriented languages such as Java or Python.
  • Test and validate data transformations using advanced SQL skills.
  • Work with databases such as Oracle and Snowflake to ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams across the organization to ensure quality gates are met.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience analyzing workflows and identifying opportunities to design and implement test automation.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or any object-oriented language.
  • Familiarity with ICEDQ or similar data testing platforms is a plus.
  • Experience working with Cucumber or another BDD tool for designing clear, maintainable, business-readable test scenarios.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working on CI/CD pipelines and implementing quality gates in deployment pipelines is a plus.
  • Knowledge of big data technologies, including Apache Spark and EMR, in a distributed data environment is a plus.
