We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for processing and analyzing large health-related datasets, contributing to the preparation of associated reports, and working on various projects related to data privacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expertise in manipulating, integrating, processing, and interrogating large datasets
  • Proficiency in R and/or Python, with strong coding skills and annotation protocols
  • Competence in SQL
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • A good understanding of statistical probability distributions, bias, error, and power, as well as sampling and resampling methods
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and interdisciplinary approach
  • Initiative to explore and research novel topics and concepts
Requirements
  • Detailed knowledge of one or more types of health information, e.g., genomics, health images
  • Experience in creating documents using LATEX
  • Familiarity with cloud-based storage and computing facilities
  • An interest in synthetic data and/or machine learning
