We are currently seeking a Part-time Brow and Beauty Expert to make real connections with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales growth by achieving individual retail sales goals, making connections with customers, and demonstrating products.
- Deliver exceptional brow services including waxing, tinting, and tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat appointments.
- Collaborate with team members to meet counter and business needs.
- Support in-store and external events, as well as charity initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with administration tasks as required.
- Ensure the counter and displays are clean and hygienic at all times.
- Dynamic and enthusiastic approach to work.
- Passion for makeup and retail industry.
- Results-driven individual who thrives on challenges.
- Commitment to delivering unique customer experiences.
- Flexibility to work weekends, late nights, and holidays.
- Minimum 6 months of retail experience.
