Are you a sales expert with a passion for beauty and fragrance? We are seeking an experienced Fragrance & Beauty Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team.

As a key ambassador for our luxury brand, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fragrance and beauty trends, products, and services to deliver informed advice and recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and team targets, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive business success.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  • Contribute to the creation of engaging in-store experiences, including visual merchandising and promotional activities.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales and customer-facing roles, with a strong background in fragrance and beauty products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
