Job Description:

Drunk Elephant Beauty Advisor

As a Drunk Elephant Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our brand's values to drive sales and growth.

  • Responsibilities include maintaining a strong product knowledge, identifying and meeting customer needs, and ensuring seamless store operations.
  • You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and developing strategic plans to increase sales and market share.

Beyond the core responsibilities, we are seeking an individual who embodies our company's mission and values. This includes being able to work independently and as part of a team, having excellent communication skills, and being results-driven.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about skincare and beauty, has a warm and approachable personality, and can provide world-class training to help them excel in their role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to work to sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with customers, managers, and retail partners
