We are seeking a dedicated Spare Parts Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience with construction equipment and be able to identify and order spare parts using online catalogues.

This is a full-time permanent position with regular working hours of Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm and Friday 8.30 am to 4 pm.

Responsibilities:
  1. Taking customer orders over the phone and assisting with spare parts identification.
  2. Pricing and ordering spare parts.
  3. Unpacking and organizing stock.
  4. Assisting customers at our spare parts counter.
  5. Liaising with suppliers and brands.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication skills, fluent clear English and good computer literacy.

You will also need to be enthusiastic, have a positive attitude and be able to work well in a team.
