Materials Support Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Materials and Purchasing team as a Material Support Engineer. The successful candidate will work proactively in a fast-paced environment, assisting in the procurement of parts and monitoring repair facilities to ensure they support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the procurement of spare parts to support line and heavy maintenance.
  • Monitor repair facilities to ensure they support our operational needs.
  • Support base maintenance to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Liaise with vendors on technical and commercial issues related to spare parts and tools.
  • Support modification programs with spare part requirements.
  • Assist in repair order pricing and quote approval processes.
  • Arrange freight movements within our internal network and from external vendors.
  • Support parts and tooling requirements for all aircraft bases.
  • Liaise with engineering and technical services on purchasing and warranty matters.
  • Support our maintenance control operations as required.
  • Assist in controlling costs and optimizing resources.
