Festival Marketing and Communications Specialist Role

As a Festival Marketing and Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting the festival and its program through various marketing channels.

The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the arts, entertainment, or cultural sector. They will create engaging content, execute integrated campaigns, and monitor social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute cross-channel campaigns to promote the festival.
  • Social Media Management: Monitor and create fresh and relevant content on DIFF's social media platforms.
  • Content Creation: Engage with partners, audiences, and festival guests during the festival.
  • Post-Festival Evaluation: Assist in creating comprehensive post-festival reports.

The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, creative thinking, and problem-solving abilities. They will also have knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
