Help Content Strategist

We are seeking a proactive and driven individual to join our team. As a Help Content Strategist, you will be responsible for drafting, editing, testing, and improving help center articles and customer support responses based on content strategy.


Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, edit, test, and improve content to enable Generative AI.
  • Apply, maintain, and evangelize content standards and best practices.
  • Use data to make informed content decisions and collaborate with partners to enhance the support experience.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Test products to create accurate documentation and collaborate with product teams to author clear, effective support messaging.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in technical writing or content strategy.
  • 6+ months of experience working in content drafting for Generative AI and/or LLMs.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills and track record of editorial judgment around complex topics.
  • Demonstrated experience planning and drafting online help content and customer support responses for social media platforms and mobile apps.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS).
  • Experience with project management tools.
