Debt Capital Markets Lawyer

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious lawyer to join our Debt Capital Markets team. The ideal candidate will have experience working on debt capital markets transactions, strong analytical skills, and high levels of commercial awareness.

Job Description:

  • Acting for Irish and international issuers, originators, lead managers, arrangers, rating agencies and trustees on complex debt capital market issuances and structured finance matters globally.
  • Providing advice on public market and retained residential mortgage backed securitisations, synthetic securitisations, CLOs, loan originator platforms, regulatory capital issuances, high yield debt issuances, eurobond issuances, debt programmes and private placements, structured debt issuances, green bond issuances, financial markets infrastructure, bridge and warehouse financing, securitisation take-outs, and regulatory issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-4 years PQE as a debt capital markets lawyer in a corporate law firm or in-house.
  • Strong academic credentials, analytical, technical and drafting skills, and high levels of commercial and business awareness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage competing demands and deadlines.
