The Debt Capital Markets team seeks a highly motivated lawyer with experience ranging from 2 to 4 years PQE. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, technical and drafting skills, and high levels of commercial and business awareness.

Job Description

The successful candidate will join an experienced team of lawyers who work collaboratively on some of the most complex debt capital market issuances and structured finance matters globally. Our team acts for Irish and international issuers, originators, lead managers, arrangers, rating agencies and trustees.

  • We advise on loan portfolio disposals, public market and retained residential mortgage backed securitisations, non-performing loan portfolio securitisations, synthetic securitisations, CLOs, loan originator platforms, regulatory capital issuances, high Yield debt issuances, Eurobond issuances, debt programmes and private placements, structured debt issuances, Green bond issuances, financial markets infrastructure, bridge and warehouse financing, securitisation take-outs, and regulatory issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2-4 years post-qualification experience as a debt capital markets lawyer in a corporate law firm or in-house.
  • Strong academic credentials and demonstrable experience working on debt capital markets transactions.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
