Job Title: Store Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring it operates efficiently and effectively at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and consistently deliver excellent customer service.
  • Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Coach and develop staff members through regular feedback, coaching sessions, and performance management.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of store presentation, visual merchandising, and overall store appearance.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in retail management, with experience in leading and motivating sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and shifts.
