The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Excellence Manager to drive operational efficiency and growth across our 13 store locations, central bakery, weaving mill, and other business units on a 12 month fixed term basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Business Excellence team to achieve core KPI targets.
  • Drive operational efficiency, cost reduction, and best-in-class business practices.
  • Collaborate with key departments (Finance, Marketing, Culinary, Supply Chain) to align on strategic goals.
  • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistency across all operations.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to improve productivity, profitability, and customer experience.
Qualifications and Requirements

5+ years in retail, hospitality, or operational management with strong leadership experience and a track record in business process improvement.
