Job Title: Experienced Merchandiser and Sales Representative

">Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced merchandiser and sales representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and merchandising team, you will be responsible for achieving sales and merchandising targets, conducting in-store training and product demonstrations, and arranging product displays to align with company standards and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales and merchandising targets by effectively promoting and selling products to retailers
  • Conduct in-store training and product demonstrations to ensure that customers have a complete understanding of our products and services
  • Arrange product displays to align with company standards and promotional campaigns, ensuring that shelves, racks, and promotional spaces are adequately stocked
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with store staff and management to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong merchandising and sales skills, with experience in the DIY, hardware, or FMCG industry
  • Knowledge of retail operations and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions
