We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improving sourcing strategies.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining procurement reports, dashboards, and performance metrics; evaluating supplier bids, contracts, and proposals; collaborating with project managers, estimators, and finance teams; drafting and issuing purchase orders and service agreements; conducting market research and benchmarking; monitoring supplier performance; and providing data-driven insights on material and service costs.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong analytical skillset, proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and knowledge of building materials or an eagerness to learn. ERP system experience is also desirable.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of building materials or willingness to learn
  • Desirable: Knowledge of ERP systems
