We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team at McKesson's Corporate. As a key member of our International Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our organisation.

You will work closely with Hiring Managers across Ireland, UK, India, Malta, China & Malaysia, as well as the wider HR function, including HR Operations and HR Business Partners, to ensure that the workforce delivers on our business strategy, goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong coordinating background, ideally from a multinational environment, and be able to juggle multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines. You will need to be extremely detail-oriented, maintain confidentiality, and possess superior organisational, customer service, and time management skills.

Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Executing the TA workflow within relevant HR systems
  • Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels
  • Conducting screening interviews
  • Evaluating employment factors
  • Working closely with candidates throughout the hiring process

We are looking for a proactive individual who can drive the recruitment process forward, building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders alike.
