- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with Human-Centered Design to identify journey enhancements and improve the overall experience.
- Extensive e-Commerce experience, including platforms, analytics, infrastructure, and personalization technologies.
- Proficient in utilizing online analytics to deliver improvements in customer experience and conversion rates.
- Experience directing digital transformation and/or managing a portfolio of projects achieving clearly defined outcomes.
