We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hospitality Support Assistant. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, loves being part of a team, and brings positivity and passion to each day.
Job Description:
As a Hospitality Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene in all areas of the hotel, including guest bedrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. You will be responsible for cleaning and restocking rooms, providing turndown and VIP services, and ensuring that all amenities are available and presented beautifully. You will also be expected to participate in daily standards training and follow cleaning programmes and departmental SOPs precisely to maintain quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
